1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Biz Wiz ("the Service" or "the Platform"), operated by BGT Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use AI Biz Wiz for your business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any unauthorized commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

5. Service Description

AI Biz Wiz provides AI search visibility analysis and monitoring services. We analyze how your brand appears in various AI search products and provide insights and recommendations. However:

• We do not control or guarantee how third-party AI systems display or rank your business
• Results and visibility in AI search products may vary and are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information returned by third-party AI systems
• AI search technologies are rapidly evolving, and our service adapts to these changes

6. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize charges as specified in your selected plan
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Notify us of any changes to your payment information or if you wish to cancel your subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BGT Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY BGT LABS LLC ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGT Labs LLC:

• Excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Service
• Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform
• Does not guarantee specific results or improvements in AI search visibility
• Does not control or guarantee the behavior of third-party AI search systems
• Is not responsible for changes made by third-party AI providers

BGT Labs LLC makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BGT LABS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

BGT Labs LLC's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to BGT Labs LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BGT Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
